The AraVita, the wellness area of the Arabella hiking hotel in Nauders, Tyrol, takes you on a timeless journey. From wherever time may come from or go to. Here you can enjoy life to its fullest. With your eyes, your nose, your skin, with all your senses. Forget time, close your eyes, gather strength, let the wearying pressure be taken away from your body and new vitality be given to it.

The AraVita wellness area is located on the garden floor next to the indoor swimming pool.

We provide the following wellness facilities for your well-being:

Finnish Sauna

The classic sauna with temperatures from 90 to 100°C. Quick and intensive sweating and then into the cold-water pool. Afterwards, gentle relaxation in the relax room. Sauna sessions are skin-purifying, relaxing, strengthen the immune system, regulate the body's temperature control system, have beneficial effects on the metabolism and the cardiovascular system, as well as beneficial, regenerating and also caring effects on the skin (sauna sessions enhance your beauty!).

Turkish Bath

The body warms up gently at a temperature of about 40°C; hose flushes assure sparkling vitalization.

Infrared Cabin

Has a great effect on back pains, stimulates the circulation and is ideal for stress handling!

Cold-water Pool

For active cooling-off after sauna sessions and for healthy and relaxing water treading according to Kneipp - a pleasure for muscles, joints and vessels!
