Finnish sauna (90 - 100°C, quick and intensive sweating, afterwards into the cold-water pool and then relaxing in the relax room), Turkish bath (the body warms up gently at a temperature of about 40°C; hose flushes assure sparkling vitalization), Aesthidako relax bed (a special therapeutic bed which combines the positive effects of color, heat, sound, vibration and aroma therapy.
